We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Ship the item(s) back to us with tracking and insurance. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exchanges are subject to product availability. For size/color changes, include a note with your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
Final Sale Items
Clearance, sale, or discounted items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
