How to Track Your Order

  1. Check Your Email

    • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link (if shipped).

    • Once shipped, we’ll send another email with your tracking number and carrier details.

  2. Use Our Order Lookup Tool

    • Visit our Order Status Page and enter:

      • Your order number (e.g., #JB12345)

      • The email address used to place the order

  3. Track via Carrier

    • Click the tracking link in your shipping email or visit the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx) and enter your tracking number.

Shipping Times & Updates

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days after shipping (varies by location).

  • Delays? Carriers occasionally experience disruptions. Check the carrier’s site for real-time updates.

Need Help?

  • Haven’t received your tracking email? Check your spam folder or contact us.

  • Tracking not updating? Carrier systems may take 24–48 hours to sync.

Looking for how to track your order? When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it.
